I work for a NY competitor of Traveler’s and was hoping for some juicy info like the agency name…..That’s Traveler’s for you….make you think your going to get some good dirt and they go & protect the agent…ho hum.
Now that is amazing! We are a New York state insurance agency and we are required, by Travelers, to send them copies of our license(s) whenever they come close to expiration. Somebody dropped the ball on that one!!
