Now they just need to get rid of all dram shop laws and we’ll be good. We can start out by amending them to say that if somebody is serving themself the establishment is not liable. The non-profit here just got lucky the guy can walk a straight line while sloshed.

The fact that all the “eyewitnesses” were pouring their own beer and were three sheets to the wind themselves (and lucky to get home alive) had absolutely nothing to do with their recollection of seeing the guy “visibly intoxicated”.

Can someone point to some additional information that would indicate that all of these people were, themselves, also drunk? Or are we just presuming as much because it was a party?

Believe it or not, some are capable of behaving as adults even if there are *gasp* kegs of beer involved.
