Why do they have to do a specific initiative? It’s a law. They should enforce it always. Their initiative has barely scratched the service. I must see at least 5 to 10 people a day yapping away on thier cell phones while driving, on my 24 mile round-trip to and from work. The law is a joke!

Take a look at CA….no one follows out cell phone law…fines too low for one to care!!!
I see just as many cops yapping on their phones as normal citizens so obviously the message isn’t getting across.
I wish I had an LED sign that read “HANG UP AND DRIVE YOU IDIOT” that i could control via toggle switch on my dashboard.
