Boy Liberal Democrat governors Warriner and Kaine raised income, sales, and every other tax but now they give us a tax holiday which will save us about $10 in sales tax. Wow, i am so grateful. If they want to help us roll back the taxes to what they were before they screwed up the state of Va.

Can’t argue with that but it’s something and is an excellent way to encourage people to prepare.

Amen, Scott! Complaining about this tax break reminds me of the 199 guys in a previous place of employment (a union bakery, 17 yrs ago) that complained when the owner handed out $25 checks at Christmas, claiming that it sure didn’t mean anything to them. That long ago, $25 covered Christmas dinner AND it was a gift outside the contents of the contract with us. Bottom-line: they didn’t have to give us anything…

reminds me of that old joke about the two old ladies eating dinner. One says to the other, “Boy, this food is TERRIBLE!” and the other says, “Yeah, and such small portions!”
