I tried to Pay for my WV license to NIPR and the site just would not work. After calling the help desk, my records were available, the system just would not take the information. A trouble ticket was issued. I received my reply this morning. They cannot do it at the time and it was going to take them until the end of April before it could be fixed.
Sounds like a DUMBA$$ AWARD needs to be given to this company for taking a contract that they cannot complete.
