    Insurance probably would not cover the fines, but what about the exposure? If yes, what markets out there would cover this exposure?

    Midwest keith, ACE, Chartis, Chubb, Travelers – everyone is hopping on the Cyber Liability bandwagon…I dont believe the fines would be picked up however, but the cost of credit monitoring for the affected individuals would be, as would any liability claims associated with same.
