Agency Employee Charged with Stealing $22K from New York Agency

    If she serves a year it will be a long time. The judge will probably give her a year and a day, which means she will be out in 10 months. If she gets 364 days she will serve 364 days. If you are going to steal, steal big.

    She probably stole bigger than what they found. Too bad they won’t make make her pay the employer back.

    We had a book keeper that forged checks and stole over $200,000 from our agency. She was arrested, tried and convicted! She received 5 years probation and $50 or so a month “restitution” for the duration of her probation.

    Who says crime doesn’t pay!

    If anyone did research on vital they’d see the company seems to always be involved in cases all the time. It’s these big corporations that need to have better oversite over.They have power and like to show it, sometimes for no reason but ego.
