it’s about time lawmakers realize they’ve missed the boat by banning these very specific actions like texting & dialing but should focus their campaign on distractions that come in many forms like noisy children, radio, phones, day-dreaming, etc. let’s stop electing people who miss the point and think any reaction is better than no reaction. electing sensible politicians will give us sensible laws.
