I have been on that path and it is maintained well and is very fun to walk on. If you go off the path, of course, you could fall. Was the ground that gave way on the path itself, or off the path?
People REALLY need to take some responsibility for their lives…and they REALLY REALLY need to turn their backs on ambulance chasers.
