As much as some people may WANT to blame the kids (vandals) for this, there are just too many similar occurrences of multiple-bus fires that all seem to take place in the wee hours of the day (after the vehicles have been parked for many hours). We lost several buses in our school district (same circumstances!). Investigators would do well to look at the buses, their equipment and electrical-systems. School buses are built by only a few companies, and they all use the same components. Do a “google” search for school-bus fires… they are all the same, similar circumstances, similar times, etc.
