Another case of someone trying to make someone else responsible for something bad happening. Jasmin is the kind of person that is responsible for stupid laws having to be drafted so the vast majority of people can be protected from a few idiots unwilling to take responsiblity for their own actions.

Jasmin isn’t much of a hunter or sportsman if he can’t tell a faulty stand, especially when the land owner told him. Jasmin is blaming the land owner for his negligence, which is typical of these type people. The judge needs to throw this case out and charge Jasmin for court costs as well as the land owner’s expenses! Jasmin is giving ethical hunters a bad name. Oh yes, and his lawyer appears to be an ambulance chaser, which epitomizes what’s wrong with our judicial system. Jasmin needs to quit hunting.

We took care of this issue some time ago. The only way you can win is if the landowner is proven to show will full negligence. In other words set traps and such to injure a hunter on purpose.

Jasmin is just a leech who won’t even stand up and be responsible for his OWN actions…Everything is “Someone elses fault “”

It is leechs like this and his Lawyer who is telling him he has a case ,just so the that lawyer can make some money off someone elses insurance company,,,,couple of creeps .
Hey jasmin, you are welcome to use my land as long as you bring your lawyer with you !!

I LOVE the idea of assigning court costs and legal fees to the hunter if and when he loses the case. If we changed the laws nationally like this (similar to Britain’s)these ridiculous, time-consuming and expensive lawsuits would diminish……and the attorneys with them.

Hers a trick try making a law that if hurt on someone elses property while hunting, you accept all responsibility and no suit to the land owner. hell why not.

1st off so what if he gave him permission or not should he been smart enought to make sure the darn stand was in good working coindition . As a avid hunter if had borrowed someone stand I would of made sure it was working nor would I of held the owner responsible. I never use a stand anyway takes the fun out of Hunting. This sue happy world make me sick people need to be accountable for themselfves.
