What the big deal is…is 11k at current market is approximately 11million IQD. If the IQD does the RV and even comes out to be a 1-1 conversion then those IQDs are worth 11MM USD. That is what his uproar is about. If it goes to what it was pre-desertstorm then he is looking at $3-USD for every $1-IQD. Do the math. More than enough to cover his 1.6m restitution.
