Since AIG is a now a Federal enterprise backstopped by the Fed & Treasury, this is simply a transfer from US to the State of Pennsylvania, nothing more. AIG executives simply laugh at these probes, knowing that they personally have zero at risk, keeping their unearned salaries & perks… at TAXPAYERS EXPENSE. Moral hazard anyone?
