Mitch Crane has hung his hat on his position that he is going to fight for the little man by ending discrimination in insurance premiums, starting with health insurance for women.

    Really????

Does he not realize that discrimnation (using the term correctly, not as an emotionally charged bogeyman associated with racism) serves as the basis for insurance qualification and premiums?

Is he going to fight for equal rates for women in auto insurance??? It’s not working out so hot for them in the EU and it surely won’t get him elected, will it?

Actually, The Affordable Care Act will ban discrimination against women in individual and small group policies in 2014. Crane simply wants to have Delaware companies comply with that law a year early.
