limited acedemic progress, sensitive to bright light and sleeps alot. Sounds like most teenagers. Seriously, surely people know the hazards of such an activity when they sign up/ give their poermissions for being on the cheer squad or any athletic program. I guess we will one day get the point where we just wrap kids in bubblewrap and not let them move. Too risky to walk around, might get sued.
My daughter is partly disabled due to a cheer injury at age 14, she is almost 18 now. We did not sue the girls that failed to catch her after they threw her in the air. Nor did we sue the coach or anyone else. They are called accidents for a reason. Yea, they sure do change the lives of the child and the family but people – move on and realize that you are not teaching your daughter to be responsible – even when she is in pain 24/7.
I’ve always said, the best thing to do if you fall off a cheerleader is get right back on.
Immunity defense will prevail.

can’t do that either, they might suffocate on the bubble wrap.
