    SUCH BULL—– OK ARE THE KIDS THEN GOING TO “VIRTUALLY DRIVE” AROUND THE OPEN ROADWAYS? I HAVE 6 KIDS~ 3 OF WHOM I DID NOT ALLOW TO DRIVE ALONE DESPITE PASSING THEIR “DRIVING TEST” CUS THEY FAILED DAD’S ROAD TEST!
    I’M ALL FOR MORE CONSISTENT-STRINGENT TESTING BUT LETS GET REAL THERE ARE JUST SOME THINGS YA “CAN’T GET AN APP FOR THAT” …

    You’re right Sean. I prefer the system used in Finland which includes training on dry and wet skidpads as well as classroom and traffic training. When I taught driver’s ed I ultimately quit because I was specifically forbidden to talk about regaining control on slippery curves etc. My employer told me that the goal of driver’s ed was to get a license for the student, not to learn how to drive a car.
