this is just a federal money grab. people are being put in v zones and never had damage. You cannot get ICC money to lift your house if u realized no damage. So if you never had damage why lift one foot at a cost of 30,000 when FEMA wont give a grant or iCC money. that tells me your in no danger of flooding
