I hope that they keep the $1M fine in place. These two are a couple scum bags and deserve to pay. One brother copped a plea for a very short period of jail time and the other brother didn’t go to jail. While the one who did go to jail was in there, he went into the work release program and ended up violating it. The only one who accepted any kind of responsibility was the guy who set off the prytechnics. The brothers knew that the foam wasn’t safe but still got away with what they did. So I hope that they end up paying!
