    What did that mean to Illinois Producers?
    Loss of Mono Line carriers below $10K, Increase of premiums for them folks and a spike in Non Resident Fees.

    Reduced revenues and an increase in fees to the agency.

    The last time Delaware reformed the system it was much the same. Little that changes costs, but there was a requirement last time to lower rates in anticipation of all the cost savings. Guess what. No cost savings, but lower rates and company’s lost money or wrote less business. These reforms actually impose more costs, but are billed as saving. Delaware is not a state we will be doing business in anytime soon.

    what do you do when the comp carrier will not pay for xray or send you for ime all they say is hell no we know you need more surgery but we are not going to pay i have had 14 back surgies and still have non fusions soon i will be in whell chair but nobody cares even they singed papers saying that they would at settlement my claim adjuster is not a doctor they are making me suffer for no reaso how can they tourcher me like this it crull and unusal punishment doctors say i will be in whell chair if not corrected
