Well it is about time that Gov. Cuomo notice a major problem with the drivers on our roadways. I just hope that this is not just a publicity stunt. I recall that he said when he was running for office he stated that he was going to clean out Albany. Funny how it takes a sex scandal from those in Albany to bring his attention back to his promise. I wonder if those caught being on the cell phone will be issued a summons or just texting. High time attention is given to this issue.
