This was tried in PA in 2011 and was repealed before it actually went into effect. Let’s do everything we can to further delay the housing industry. Can’t people make any decisions of thier own anymore, does it all have to be dictated by government?
My initial comment stands that this “feel-good” legislation by Democrats will add to the unemployment in NJ, further depress the economy and housing market, and lead only to one benefit- campaign contributions to politicians.
