Why is the ski resort suing the couple? Based on the little information here, I don’t know if I agree with the law. If someone is breaking the law, I’m not sure they should be immune to injuries they cause on a ski slope. Oh well the suit against the instructor is pending so maybe he or she will have to pay.
If the ski resort employee was skiing across a closed trail when the collision occurred doesn’t this imply the teenager was skiing on a closed trail?
If the collision injured the employee or damaged resort equipment wouldn’t that be grounds for the counter suit?
