Allstate, like every insurer, needs to continually change the mix of agents and digital channels to reflect current and future market realities. Obviously there are clients who want to use digital channels, agents, or a mix depending on where they are in their purchase and service cycle.
saturating the market with more agent seems like a great idea to help Allstate grow, but what about the agency owners. I see three Allstate on the same street within a few miles of each other, guess Allstate doesn’t care.
