Let them keep their property. Just build up the dunes around them, let flood insurance rates take affect so they won’t buy flood, then when their property gets wiped out the state can buy it for pennies on the dollar. At that point it’s just land, no more house. LOL
People shouldn’t be able to build on beach fronts anyway. The taxpayers end up footing the bill when something bad happens.
