Wins what? RThe Republicans have won over hundreds of new seats in state Congressional positions and control most states legislatures as of 11/8/16.
Republicans will control ALL 3 Executive and Congressional government branches. The Conservative philosophy will be restored and increased when Scalia’s replacement is appointed and Ginsburg retires in the next few years.
Zombie voters and ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT voters will no longer influence American elections.
The Ghosts of Gore, Kerry, and Clinton, as well as Howard Dean, Nancy Pelosi Galore, and Dingy Harry Reid, among a few others, will haunt the Dem party for decades to come like those in Charles Dickens’ “A Christmas Carol”. The only difference will be that Dems will not admit their shortcomings and the errors of their ways, as did Ebeneezer Scrooge.

Addendum: SCOTUS will be replenished with one Conservative immediately, to replace Scalia, and almost certainly another, or two more, to replace liberal Justice (Ginsburg, etc.).
