The first underwriting question on any Employee Dishonesty policy is “Does any employee both bill customer and receive payments?” How can a giant firm with an auditing firm have such a stupid policy? How can a giant auditing firm not catch such a stupid policy?

It happens all the time if you stay up with articles on this forum. Usually, a trusted long term employee rips the employer off. Management just isn’t paying attention to what is going on right in front of them.
