Plaintiff and their attorney should be sanctioned by the court for bringing this action. It just amazes me how many people will by property near a potential nuisance and then complain about what was already there.
I believe the court order is posted on the tee box demanding that golfers don’t hook or slice the ball into their yard. The next step will be to ban the hookers, and we don’t want that!
