Just had an accident in Texas where 13 senior citizens were killed by a Cell Addict texting while driving. Should be incentive for the Legislature to finally pass a statewide ban on this most dangerous activity.
I agree! The arguments against it on the grounds of personal liberty aren’t exactly the strongest. If driving while absolutely hammered isn’t much more dangerous than texting while driving, it seems absurd to only be OK with banning one of them.
