    Here we go again. Just like in MA, the State is deciding NOT to implement the law their constituents voted for, but instead deciding to use a different tax rate than was approved. They had their chance to get their citizens to vote on a tax rate they felt was fair, but they failed to do so. Now they should implement the law their citizens voted for.

      I am sure the revenue received will be more than enough to treat all the dopeheads and the problems they cause. (SARCASM)

        Would you like it if you voted for a bill which passed, then the gov’t said “you know what, thanks for your opinion, but we’re going to make something else law even though that’s not what you voted for.”
