      Agree, but we’re now an “assumption it’s somebody else’s fault” country. It’s really an interesting phenomena. We’ve become more educated and have more technology & information at our fingertips but we’ve gone backwards with regards to personal responsibility and accountability. There’s always someone else to blame addictions, medical & mental conditions, financial decisions, etc.

    Just a moment please a good person was hurt so someone has to pay is that not how the American Judicial system works in 2018? I can say with almost 100% certainty the even though he assumed the risk as an adult he will still get paid.

    If this man is playing college baseball then he sure as heck knows about the L-shaped pitching net in a batters cage and how to use it. What a crock! I’m sure he has seen them used and used them himself since kid pitch at age 9 or 10.

      100%! If this kid pitched or played baseball at all throughout his life he had used this. this is an absurd lawsuit.
