If so, they’re looking for any accomplices, as three may not be enough to carry out something like this, and the brains behind it may still be plotting more such incidents. Luckily, only the ALLEGED perps were killed. I suspect they were headed to a crowded downtown area to impose mayhem on the citizens. The story explicitly states that authorities believe it was a criminal act, but revealed little else, while also seeking the help of the public. What else fits that set of facts and circumstances?

According to news, there was not much left of anyone/anything. I wonder why they think the perpetrator was killed in the blast.
