Not sure how parental responsibility comes into play on a school field trip. In any event, the kid attended Lewiston Middle School and the City of Lewiston is named in the suit. That would be the educator.
I expect the state is also included because the drowning occurred in a state park.
This young man lost his life because he didn’t know how to swim and had no business being in the water.
Parents dumping their lack of responsibility/guilt on others.
