Never understood why when someone cheats others out a dollar, the court only fines them 24 cents? The fines should be a rough estimate of the fraud, with a punitive factor of say 4 or 5, depending upon the number of years the cheat has been ripping of others.
Nick, you forgot to start you comment, “I’m not a racist but…” and then make your xenophobic/racist comment. Where does it say anything about him being an immigrant? Because of his name? That’s racist. I know many immigrants that work hard and are very honest. More so than some lazy U.S. born natives that take everything for granted. Maybe you forget that to some degree we are ALL immigrants here (unless you are a Native American) and we are blessed to call this country home…well, except for when we have to interact with racists, i.e., you. You need more Jesus in your life Nick. And I agree with KP, I hope that guy is punished to the fullest extent of the law for his crimes.
