Amazon should be brought into it because they are selling products under their website, under their brand name, that they have not tested verified are safe. As far as being an idiot, what are you talking about? The leash snapped because it was a defective product. Amazon should either defend the lawsuit and subrogate the manufacturer. Are they allowing products to be sold by manufacturers that don’t carry any kind of product liability coverage?
