New York can’t seem to get anything right. Every action you see the state of NY do is some kind of money grab.
I’d love to see the NRA tell them to pound sand.

Well, by agreeing to a fine and ceasing business operations there for 5 years, it would appear that the NRA found merit in the accusations. Selling insurance without a license is not commonly encouraged behavior by New York or any other state of the union. Is $2.5 million an amount to move the financial needle in New York or any other state for that matter?

Agreed. It kind of seems like Jax is just throwing a tantrum because the NRA had to deal with consequences for breaking the law.

Maybe you should try telling the state of New York to pound sand. Good luck with that.

New York is a crap place to do business anymore. High taxes, unfriendly regulations, a terribly anti-business governmental bias, overarching governmental control, ad nauseum. I am a NY native and moved out 42 years ago – never looked back to return. Kimber Firearms moved their operation from NY to gun-friendly Alabama and will bring in good, high paying jobs and tax revenues there. NYS losing billionaires and millionaires due to their taxes and in the end, NY will fail. The trash is already piling up there, starting with Cuomo and De Blasio. Screw NYS!
