Over the years, I’ve increased my ability to translate political speak, a language which at first glance appears to be English but upon further study is seen to be a way of not saying anything or of covering up inconvenient facts (i.e., lying). Therefore, allow me to translate the following statement: “The world should cut greenhouse gas emissions by 50 percent by 2050 from 1990 levels with the bulk of the reduction coming from rich countries, according to a draft proposal by Denmark,” when translated into honest English would read as follows: “Various world governments want more money & power; therefore, we’ve come up with a way to add more taxes and fees to everyday purchases and transactions and funnel those back to ourselves. We’ve found that the global warming/climate change scare offers us the best means for achieving this.”

With practice, you too will soon be able to translate political speak.

… you believe this hoax based on fictionalized data; wouldn’t it make more sense to have the “developing World” develop with the clean/green energy and have the rest of the world wean itself into more efficient means of production???
Answer; No! The real agenda is to eviscerate the US and other Capitalist economies for the benefit of Global career politicians and money changers who eagerly trade on the lives of the people they claim to protect.

    Mr. Little Frog,

You are obviously one who has awakened from the slumber that afflicts so many others. Keep it up but beware of those immortal words of Voltaire: “It’s dangerous to be right when the government is wrong.”

Watch out for the Moonbat express! That is what these people are! And they are going ahead full steam. We will all be crushed!
The sad part is our elected officials are
    on board the train.

Every article keeps taking of the huge amount of money that the developing countries need as climate change mitigation aid. Will somebody please give a breakup of where the requirement will be used and justify the requirement?

With the amount of corruption in India, you would find half the amount finding itself into numbered accounts in Switzerland.
