I truly hope that the spending kings in Washington DC pay at least a little bit of attention to what has lready happened in Greece. Greek citizens got so used to all the freebies that when the money ran out they went beserk and rioted- I really like Greece and I have met many Greek people over the years. Too bad no emphasis was ever put on where the money came from till it ran out.The USA could suffer the same fate and taxing every American at a rate of 100% won’t be enough to save us. STOP THE SPENDING NOW !

You hit the nail on the head Water Bug. Obama thought that money grows on trees. A rude awakening indeed. He had ready for shovel jobs that never existed and laughed about it later. He’s on a very slippery slope and I hope it takes him right down to his demise. People voted for him because he was a good orator and they wanted to make history because he is half Black. Well, they sure did! Our country is the worst it’s ever been and they still blame Bush. We were never this deep in debit when Bush was in office and we got attacked on 9-11. They all seem to forget about that atrocity! They only complain about Bush getting us 8 trillion in debit after Clinton. We went to war you idiots. We had to defend ourselves from a terrorist that Oliver North kept warning our government on and they did nothing about it until it finally happened. Obama is full of hot air and now we are seeing the outcome of his winded, well written speeches. We need change. I hope you’re all happy with the change. He kept the change, he only changed the promise!

Having lived and traveled extensively in Europe, I wondered how the converting of the 2nd tier countries to the Euro was going to work. Now I see the answer, it didn’t and now the private sector is being asked to bail them out. The British seems to be the only sensible country to have foreseen this situation by keeping their currency. The U.S. mentality of spreading the misery is exactly the same as the Progressive Europeans when they adopted the 2nd tier countries.
