I’m with you, Mark, and I understand how the B3i test described in the article demonstrates a real-life application for reinsurance. But I still struggle to see a real-life application for this technology in my world of managing Commercial Lines products. How will it improve our agents’ interaction with our product? Will it improve bill-paying for our insureds? I look forward to someone smarter than I providing examples of how blockchain improves life on the front lines.
