“Diversity & Inclusion” is nonsense, here is why. It essentially means those who subscribe to a certain set of political beliefs are part of the “inclusion” and those who don’t can be discriminated against. Google and other companies have fired people because of their political beliefs. Also you look at the NBA, 70% of the players are black, this is because they are the best players in the world. At least 70% of the fans are white, so the race of the players is an non-factor to those choosing to attend the game. Basically to get away from any political nonsense, we need to hire the best out there regardless of race. That is what makes sports great and that is what makes companies great. It’s so hypocritical to say “diversity and including” when the very people who say this exclude people who they don’t like for one reason or other.
