And now I pose a question to the lawyer,

And now tell me why your client should not get jail time? Or is he part of your “Good Ole Boy” network?

He should get jail time, have to pay restitution and should have to pay for all of his court expenses.

If the justice department would get off of their lazy asses along with the judges and start making these people pay for their misdeeds, there would be a whole lot less of it happening!

“Blunt’s lawyer, Michael Hoffman, says in a court filing that Blunt’s sentence should be deferred and he should not have to pay restitution. A deferred sentence means Blunt would not go to prison and the charge eventually could be wiped off his record. ”

Yeah, that works. Lets let someone who was working for the people screw the people, and then not have to face any consequences. No jail time, no restitution payments, wiped off his record. Who the f does he think he is?
