Those tax incentives are over $100 per square foot based on the 250,000 ft figure. I wonder what the total cost is for the land purchase, site prep and construction work. Sounds like they are getting a sweet deal. I guess the thought is give the tax incentive to the business in hopes of gaining the tax revenue from 800 new employees?
