It starts with the word “synergy”. This means that they can do more with less, and they can elminate duplication of positions. It only makes sense. You don’t need two heads of marketing, two heads of claims, etc. etc. And as they lop off heads, they create cost savings to the bottom line.
Have they mentioned the word “ROE” yet? This is goal No. 1. You must hit your ROE, or look out !
My advice to you. Find your path. Hit your numbers. Grow and be profitable. And you won’t have anything to worry about. (for awhile at least)
