I lost my pond that has been in place over 40yrs due to the massive rainfall last month! I have heard that FEMA is offering help, but cannot find anywhere to apply for assistance. I cannot replace the pond at this time, and have been told that Okaloosa County has been granted permission to it’s residents to rebuild their ponds lost due to the massive flooding. Can anyone direct me to the ordnance that permits me to rebuild the pond when I have support: to the office that issues the approval to do the rebuilding.

I can’t believe that Scott Walker is going to take a government handout. Where are his principles? He should just pull his state up by its bootstraps.
