Minnesota Man Sentenced for $275K False Insurance Claim

    What a joke, three years of probation for “stealing” $254,000.
    I’m sure he wont pay any restitution since he’s already spent most the money.
    In my opinion this type “weak knee” sentence only encourages insurance fraud. Why not take a chance after all what’s the worst thing that will happen if you get caught? Probation and Community Service. Way to go Minnesota you really take insurance fraud seriously.
