Driving slow is “Obstructing the Flow of Traffic” (that’s what I got a ticket for when I was doing 45 in a 65). It is actually more dangerous then speeding, and causes more accidents. If this guy doesn’t realize he is creating a road hazard by driving slow then he shouldn’t be allowed to drive at all. The justice system worked in this case (for once)
I thought the slower drivers were supposed to keep to the right, not off the road. I drive the speed limit and I’m still slower than much of the traffic on the road. Too many drivers seem to lose all common sense once they start their engine.
By my observations, the slower drivers like to keep to the left. In Texas, where the roads are overcrowded it is a problem. When I lived in Ohio, there were enough available lanes to just go around them.
Give the man an orange SMV triangle and put him on the back roads…..He needs to keep off the highway at such reduced speeds but seriously…………….
These slow drivers are extremely dangerous. Nothing like coming up on someone doing 45 in the 70 mph area. They will get someone killed.

I expect Gary Constans has never been in an auto accident, but I wouldn’t be surprised to learn that several have occurred just behind him.
