I don’t see where this suit has any merit. The ACA eliminates claims made on the basis that the burden of health insurance was the reason for termination. Corporation can simply dump their plans and employees can get coverage under the ACA exchanges – they no longer need to fire the sick and elderly to save health care dollars. Age and pre-existing conditions are no problem with a much lower very affordable premium and free birth control for their sixty year old spouses to boot. (A slow Friday so I thought I’d sneak the ACA into this article to see if the liberal fish are biting)
