I am guessing that NICO is going to eat a cool million on this one…. I feel horrible for the families who have suffered a loss, but I don’t see a $100M judgement being handed down. Then again, I don’t think Werner Enterprises saw a $90M judgement coming either. Who knows- either way it’s sad.
