I saw the packaging and it does look a lot like the dum-dum packaging. I don’t know whether my opinion or anyone else’s matter but I would probably grab the wrong bag if they were on the same shelf/aisle in the grocery store. How can dum-dums make the case? Are there experts who can offer convincing statistics? Charms could eat into dum-dums market/profit IF the court rules in their favor.

I agree. From the photo I saw of the two bags side-by-side, it appears the Charms packaging is specifically designed to closely resemble that of Dum Dums. Spangler can’t just let that go.

How many licks does it take to get to the center of a frivolous lawsuit?

    One per lawyer.

interesting…I didn’t see AOC mentioned anywhere in this article. You must have a different version than the rest of us.

Please stick to the topic. You’re better than that.

Hey rob, we disagree on about 98% of all topics. Good. Glad to be on the right side of things.

          I’ll take that 2% as a compliment.

How can you disagree with the fact that AOC isn’t mentioned in this article? It has absolutely nothing to do with her. Save your political comments for the articles that are actually political. Personally, I prefer your comments about insurance because 99.9% of them are spot on.

Do have a great weekend in spite of our differences.
