I don’t know whether my opinion or anyone else’s matter but I would probably grab the wrong bag if they were on the same shelf/aisle in the grocery store. How can dum-dums make the case? Are there experts who can offer convincing statistics? Charms could eat into dum-dums market/profit IF the court rules in their favor.
I agree. From the photo I saw of the two bags side-by-side, it appears the Charms packaging is specifically designed to closely resemble that of Dum Dums. Spangler can’t just let that go.
