So (1) he hasn’t been sober since 2011 if he had a few drinks in 2018 and (2) he admitted he had a few drinks before getting behind the wheel. REVOKE HIS LICENSE!!!

I recommend a zipline from his house to the bar and back. How does this guy still have a license to drive? He shouldn’t even be allowed to take a golf cart!
