Keane Inc. announced it will make available Application Development and Management (ADM) Outsourcing services to the Personal Lines Division of Great American Insurance Co., which offers a number of auto and personal lines insurance products via a network of independent agents throughout the country.
Right now, Keane is providing ADM Outsourcing services to Great American’s Specialty Division through a Master Service Agreement (MSA), completed last December, which allows for future ADM Outsourcing services to be offered to other business units and enterprise affiliates of Great American.
As part of the deal, Keane will offer ongoing management, support, and enhancement work for strategic business applications within the division.
